Shipping policy
Cosmetics&Wellness is automated, and we ship to most European countries via postal services or courier.
However, shipments with a destination outside the European Union may be subject to certain restrictions or special procedures for handling customs formalities. Please make sure to check your local import regulations.
Most items have a setup time of 3–4 days. Delivery times depend on the selected shipping method and the destination country. Please note that the estimated delivery days are indicative and refer to business days only, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Shipping costs include:
• Appropriate packaging (cardboard boxes, bubble wrap, internal protection, etc.)
• Transportation
• Insurance
• Customs clearance at the origin (customs duties and VAT are the responsibility of the recipient in the destination country)
Every shipment can be tracked using a tracking number, which will be available in your account.
All our products leave our warehouse in perfect condition and are carefully packed. Upon receiving your package, the first thing you should do is check that the number of packages received matches the number sent. Secondly, inspect the outer packaging of each package thoroughly for signs of damage, such as dents, holes, poor box condition, courier tape, or any other indication that the goods may have been compromised.
It is mandatory to sign the delivery note from the driver or courier, either on paper or digitally (PDA), and write "VISIBLE DAMAGE TO GOODS" if any signs of damage are present. Packages not marked with "VISIBLE DAMAGE TO GOODS" and later submitted with photos of visible damage will be automatically rejected as a valid claim.
